• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure.

• 50% charge if canceled 24–72 hours before.

• No refund for cancellations <24 hours or no-shows.

• Service covers up to 7 km from Da Nang / Hoi An city center
• Beyond 7 km:
  ➜ USD 0.5 per extra km
  ➜ Approx. 13,000 VND per km

Charged based on actual distance.

🧧 Surcharge Policy

Late-Night Surcharge

• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM: +100,000 VND per hour

Pick-up Point Surcharge

• Tien Sa Port (Cruise Terminal): +1,000,000 VND per car
  (Cruise terminal access fee & waiting time included)

Lunar New Year (Tết) Surcharge

A seasonal surcharge applies during Vietnam’s peak holiday period:

• 50% surcharge from 05-14 February 2027 (Lunar New Year holiday)
• Payment method: Cash to the driver after finishing the service
